In case The Legend of Chun-Li wasn’t horrible enough for you, Mortal Kombat ripoff The King of Fighters is stepping up to vie for worst-movie-based-on-a-video-game. Looks like it’s got a good shot at the title, too.

In what world is KoF a Mortal Kombat ripoff? Also, let’s not forget the abortion that was the Dead or Alive movie.
I didn’t mean the games, I meant the movies. The whole “regular folks by day, fighting to save the planet in a different dimension by night” thing seems a tad familiar. But I suppose that similar to the plot of most fighting games. Which is why fighting games should not be turned into movies. And I’m not forgetting about DoA. I was just listing the most recent sins of video game cinema.
